Marina Bay Sands’ ultra-luxurious Paiza Collection has achieved the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating.

This accolade highlights the commitment to luxury and service excellence in the integrated resort.

Independent inspectors praised the dedication of the staff, complimenting their service from arrival to departure, covering aspects like guest comfort, convenience, and dining experiences. For instance, butlers showed personalized care by customizing guest itineraries and offering pastries upon check-out.

This remarkable recognition follows the Paiza Collection’s full rollout to VIP guests in late 2023 and its grand launch in November 2024.

Marina Bay Sands is now among an elite group, alongside three other Singapore hotels, receiving the coveted Five-Star status, part of only 1,548 hotels globally.

A notable achievement

In its ongoing transformation, Marina Bay Sands successfully launched two hotel collections: The Paiza Collection and The Sands Collection, offering around 1,850 rooms.
