Plaza Premium Group Receives Three Prestigious Awards in China

Plaza Premium Group's Aerotel Beijing garners three awards, showcasing their commitment to excellence in airport hospitality.

Global airport hospitality service provider Plaza Premium Group (PPG) announced its remarkable achievement of receiving three industry awards in China.

PPG’s Aerotel Beijing at Beijing Daxing International Airport received two recognitions from online travel platforms Agoda and Fliggy, following its recent accolades for securing the “Best Airport Hotel Award 2024” at the CHA China Hotel Awards.

These awards underscore PPG’s commitment to delivering exceptional service for passengers:

Rising Star

Alibaba’s travel arm Fliggy has bestowed the “Star Hotel” award to Aerotel Beijing. This accolade is awarded based on the quality of guest experiences and reviews, aiming to recognize hotels demonstrating outstanding performance in service quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation capabilities.

Notably, Aerotel Beijing was previously recognized by Fliggy as the “Best Partner of the Year” for two successive years in 2019 and 2020.

The hotel has also been awarded Agoda’s Gold Circle Award, marking the first time it has achieved such a commendation. Since 2009, Agoda has selected and celebrated a small, elite group of property partners who have distinguished themselves by offering superior value for customers, world-class service, and maintaining strong partnerships over the years.

In addition to these awards, guest service officer Cheng Dan from the Plaza Premium Lounge in Chongqing has received the Customer Service Star Award for 2024 from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport.
