Emirates’ Business Class passengers will soon indulge in an enhanced inflight experience with the introduction of 18 new dishes curated by Moët & Chandon’s Michelin-starred head chef Jean Michel Bardet and Emirates’ vice-president of culinary design Doxis Bekris. Each dish will be paired with exclusive champagne to create an exceptional culinary experience in the skies.
The newly designed menu will be available onboard from May 2025, featuring a selection of starters and main courses aimed at delivering a fine dining experience at altitude.
A Year in the Making
The collaboration has been more than a year in development, with chefs from Emirates and Moët & Chandon working closely together to refine the dishes, ensuring quality while accommodating the large scale of service needed to meet the demands of the airline.
The menu doesn’t only cater to traditional palates; it also includes vegan options, ensuring inclusivity for various dietary preferences.
Each dish is crafted with premium ingredients with the aim of recreating restaurant-quality cuisine at thirty thousand feet.
Culinary Temptations Ahead
Anticipated dishes range from poached scallops with a delicate pairing of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016 to exciting vegan offerings like silken tofu paired with Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial.
With this collaboration, Emirates continues to redefine the dining experience in aviation, ensuring that every meal served is exceptional.
