Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio Takes Charge as Chairman of AirAsia MOVE

Capital A’s online travel agency AirAsia Move has announced that industry veteran Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio is the new executive chairman, succeeding Kamarudin Meranun, who has played a pivotal role in guiding AirAsia MOVE to prominence in the ASEAN travel sector.

Lefebvre d’Ovidio stated, “I am excited to take on this new role at AirAsia MOVE, which has already transformed travel experiences in ASEAN. I look forward to leading this innovative travel platform into its next phase of growth.”

Meranun, while stepping down from the chairman’s role, will continue to serve on the board and act as a strategic advisor to Tony Fernandes, the CEO of Capital A.
